Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern landscaping services provided by GreenClips Lawncare, LLC ("GreenClips," "we," "us") in Flagler County, Florida, and your use of greenclipsfl.com. By requesting or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Quotes and pricing
Every property is different. We provide pricing after a free on-site assessment. Quoted subscription rates cover the services listed in your plan; work outside your plan (including tree work and project services) is quoted and billed separately.
2. Subscription plans
All plans (Bronze, Silver and Gold) are billed monthly, month to month. There is no long-term contract. You may cancel any plan with 30 days' written notice.
3. Palm & oak tree trimming — scheduling and deposits
Tree trimming is not included in any monthly plan rate. It is quoted after an on-site inspection and billed separately from your subscription. Gold clients receive priority scheduling.
A deposit of 20% of the quoted price is required to reserve your service date. The remaining balance is due upon completion. If you cancel a scheduled tree service, the deposit is forfeited — it compensates the crew and equipment reserved for your date. If we must reschedule (weather, safety, equipment), your deposit carries over to the new date in full.
4. Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Project work and tree services are invoiced per the quote. Past-due accounts may result in paused service until the balance is settled.
5. Property access
You agree to provide safe access to the service areas of your property on scheduled visit days (gates unlocked or codes provided, pets secured). If we cannot access the property, the visit may be marked complete or rescheduled at our discretion.
6. Limitation of liability
We carry insurance and stand behind our work. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage from causes beyond our control (weather, disease, pests, irrigation failures we did not cause), or unmarked private lines and objects.
7. Termination
We may suspend or end service for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or abusive conduct toward our crew. You may cancel per the terms of your plan above.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Flagler County, Florida.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued service after changes constitutes acceptance.
